Haus Design+Build is a custom home building and renovation firm in Irvine, CA. Since 1995, Haus Design+Build has been working to create homes that reflect our passion, commitment, and excellence for both design and service.


As a philosophy, we believe in human-centered design principles to guide the process of creating homes that please the eye and the inhabitants. We work closely and collaboratively with our clients to understand what their needs and desires are so that we may deliver a solution that excels in both form and function.

John brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Founder and CEO. With a passion for transforming spaces and a commitment to excellence, John has overseen hundreds of successful projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments.

Michael T ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. With a background in civil engineering and 15 years of project management expertise, Michael is known for his meticulous planning, effective communication, and ability to deliver on time and within budget.

David Martinez is the backbone of our on-site operations, with over 18 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. As Construction Supervisor, David ensures that every project is built to the highest standards of quality and safety.
